Hypsela reniformis

Vigorous, creeping, deciduous perennial about 2cm in height with an indefinite spread, forming mats of rooting stems and rounded to kidney-shaped fleshy, bright green leaves to 1cm long. From late spring to summer produces single almost stemless white to pale pink flowers to 8mm long with crimson veins. Prefers full sun to part shade in most well drained soils, in the ideal conditions it is hardy down to -10'C.
