Lobelia pedunculata Alba

Lobelia pedunculata ‘Alba’ has masses of tiny white flowers blooming above a dense carpet of tiny, glossy green evergreen leaves.

Grows best in moist, well-drained soil with average water. Pratia makes an excellent, dense groundcover that works well between stepping stones and as under-plantings for shrubs and taller perennials. Tolerates varying amounts of foot traffic so can be used as a lawn substitute - why not mix it with it's blue flowered cousin? Fully hardy in the UK, prefers semi-shade but does well in full sun and under trees.
